A golden hazy morning seemed like a good start.
From the front doorstep, I pointed the camera across the valley and attempted to capture the essence of the new day. For anyone who knows the Hutt Valley the street with the sun gleaming on it is High Street, and the jumble of tower blocks just to the right is the Hutt Hospital. Ahead in the hazy distance is the suburb of Naenae with Avalon out to the left.
Then I had to return my car to the panel beater to complete the job that it went in for a week ago. Walking or buses is the order of the day until Friday. At home, I fiddled about with a job for Mary. She was organizing a raffle for the mid-week ladies tennis club and she wanted a picture of the prize, a gift-wrapped basket of goodies. It is much too heavy to cart around, so a picture will suffice, as long as customers don’t pay with pictures of their money.
Then I played about some more trying to do a little stop-motion work.
That’s all for today.
I see three faces in the polythene sheet, top right.
There’s the money shot!!!!! 🙂
